Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement global media tracking standards across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms and markets
  • Establish and maintain tracking frameworks including Supermetrics, GA4, pixels, and tagging plans with proper setup and ongoing validation
  • Act as the primary bridge between business teams and technical implementation partners, translating business tracking needs into clear technical requirements
  • Coordinate closely with Media teams on business requirements and with Tech teams on tracking implementation and data flows
  • Collaborate with Data Product Managers to align tracking data with data models, data warehouse structures (BigQuery), and data products
  • Define and enforce data quality checks, validation processes, and naming conventions to ensure consistency of KPIs and tracking structures across all markets
  • Support the Paid Media Data Manager in ensuring data readiness for reporting, analytics, and accurate campaign performance measurement
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data collection issues, identifying gaps or inconsistencies and driving remediation actions
  • Coordinate cross-functional tracking and AI-related projects across business, technology, and external partner teams
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of tracking frameworks, requirements, and implementations; facilitate training on tracking best practices

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in digital analytics, tracking implementation, or media data management
  • Strong hands-on experience with tracking tools and frameworks such as GA4, tagging implementations, and pixel management
  • Demonstrated understanding of major media ecosystems including Meta, TikTok, Google, and other digital platforms
  • Proven experience working with data infrastructure including BigQuery, data pipelines, and data connectors such as Supermetrics
