Role & Responsibilities
- Support the rollout of the Global Media Operating Model across regions and markets
- Coordinate media projects, timelines, trackers and implementation materials across portfolios
- Assist in preparing presentations, templates, training materials and analytical reports
- Consolidate media performance updates and communicate insights across the global media community
- Collect market feedback, industry best practices and identify capability-building opportunities
- Monitor industry trends, innovative formats and benchmark best-in-class creative executions
- Maintain creative performance trackers and dynamic dashboards
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive continuous improvement in media creative excellence
Qualifications
- Graduate contract status (no more than three professional experiences post-degree)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Sciences, Communication or related field
- Previous internship or 1–2 years of professional experience in media innovation, creative effectiveness or digital consumer experiences
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong analytical, organizational and collaborative capabilities with demonstrated creative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Proactive, collaborative disposition with strong learning orientation
