Puig – Global External Communications Intern in Paris | 6-month internship starting January 2027 supporting corporate communications strategies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating, drafting, and proofreading corporate communication materials including presentations, press kits, reports, and articles in collaboration with internal teams, brands, and external partners
  • Coordinate with agencies, external partners, and brand teams on content production and distribution
  • Support management and updating of external communication assets, including translations, website content, and social media adaptations
  • Maintain and update the corporate image library, video library, and press coverage archive to ensure consistency and accessibility
  • Contribute to the corporate editorial calendar by proposing creative content ideas and ensuring timely updates
  • Assist in creating engaging social media content in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Monitor digital trends and propose innovative content formats to strengthen corporate storytelling and increase brand visibility

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university, business school, or equivalent higher education institution with ability to provide an internship agreement for the full duration
  • Degree or studies in Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or Business with specialization in Communications preferred
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken; Spanish a plus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent writing skills and proven ability to develop engaging content across multiple channels
  • Familiarity with digital content management systems and social media platforms
