Puig is hiring a Global Education & Retail Excellence Manager in Barcelona — lead global retail training and elevate in-store performance for Puig’s beauty brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and drive the global retail education strategy to elevate store performance, customer experience and commercial KPIs across Puig’s brand portfolio.
- Design, develop and deploy blended learning programmes (classroom, digital, on-the-job) for sell-in, product knowledge, customer experience and retail management competencies.
- Lead global rollouts and localisation: adapt content to regional markets, coordinate pilots, and ensure consistent adoption through local trainers and field managers.
- Partner with commercial, marketing and HR stakeholders to align training with product launches, visual merchandising, clienteling and promotional calendars.
- Establish metrics and reporting to measure training impact on sales, conversion, average transaction value and store operational excellence; iterate programmes based on data.
- Manage relationships with external learning vendors, agencies and internal SMEs; oversee training budget, timelines and quality assurance.
- Coach and certify regional trainers and retail leaders to cascade best practices, drive behavioural change and embed a continuous learning culture in stores.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading retail learning and development programmes at an international level; prior exposure to beauty, fragrance or luxury retail strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement blended training solutions and to measure their commercial impact.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with experience coordinating cross-functional and cross-regional projects.
- Experience managing external vendors and budgets, with strong project governance and quality-control discipline.

Experience
Minimum of five years of progressive experience in retail training, learning & development or retail operations, including ownership of global projects and proven impact on store performance. Background in beauty or luxury retail is advantageous.
Education
