Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand forecast drivers.
- Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions.
- Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts.
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in demand planning or a related field.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning or a related role within the luxury goods or fashion industry is required.
