Puig seeks France Marketing & Communication Director in Paris to lead Prestige brand strategy, growth, and market leadership as senior executive.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the French subsidiary's global strategy, priorities, transformation, and performance as a member of the executive leadership team
- Serve as strategic trusted partner to the VP France & Benelux on the overall business agenda
- Define category vision and marketing and communications strategy for France, translating Brand and Group priorities into locally relevant growth plans
- Protect and strengthen long-term equity and desirability of Prestige brands while consistently delivering commercial growth
- Build strong strategic partnerships with Commercial, Retail, and Finance teams to align brand, consumer, client, and financial priorities
- Develop distributor partnerships and joint business opportunities that create value for brands, consumers, and clients
- Promote consumer-centric culture across the subsidiary using consumer, market, and distributor insights to guide decisions and priorities
- Lead preparation and execution of best-in-class product launches and consumer experiences across all channels
- Define and manage product assortments, catalogue priorities, promotional plans, and pricing strategy
- Drive integrated media, digital, communications, public relations, and social media strategies in partnership with Brand, Corporate, and agency teams
- Enhance marketing efficiency through clear objectives, performance measurement, and data-driven decision-making
- Analyze brand and launch performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
- Contribute to P&L management and associated business objectives for France
- Lead transformation initiatives and change management across the function and subsidiary, ensuring organizational clarity, engagement, and effective execution
Qualifications
- Significant senior leadership experience in marketing, business leadership, digital, communications, and/or social media within Beauty, Prestige, Fragrance, Cosmetics, and/or FMCG environments
- Strong commercial acumen combined with deep understanding of brand building, long-term equity creation, and consumer desirability
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders in complex matrix organizations
- Proven experience driving transformation, organizational change, and cross-functional business agendas
- Solid experience partnering with Commercial, Retail, and Finance teams and building effective distributor relationships
- Consumer-centric mindset and data-driven approach with strong emphasis on marketing efficiency and return on investment
- Inspiring and demanding leader capable of mobilizing senior expert teams, developing future leaders, and building high-performing organizations
- Strategic vision, strong execution discipline, international exposure, and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with solid P&L understanding and sound business judgment
- Fluent English required; Spanish advantageous
