Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert fragrance consultations and personalized recommendations to customers
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Penhaligon's fragrance collections, ingredients, and heritage
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling approach
