Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets whilst promoting Penhaligon's fragrances to customers
- Deliver personalized fragrance consultations, anticipating customer needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of fragrance collections, notes, and brand heritage
- Build lasting customer relationships and loyalty through exceptional service and engagement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique appearance
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming, diverse, and supportive retail environment
Qualifications
- Passion for fragrance and luxury beauty products
- Proven retail or customer service experience in a luxury environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work within a team and support colleagues
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule across Monday to Sunday

Experience
Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty, or fragrance retail is preferred, though transferable skills from related customer-facing roles will be considered.
Education
