Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized fragrance consultations and recommendations to customers, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations
- Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across the Penhaligon's fragrance portfolio
- Build and nurture lasting customer relationships to foster brand loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the retail environment reflects Penhaligon's premium positioning
