Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and store sales targets whilst promoting Penhaligon's fragrances and brand values
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences that exceed expectations and build lasting relationships
- Develop and communicate expert product knowledge to anticipate customer needs and drive informed purchasing decisions
- Build brand awareness and cultivate customer loyalty through consultative selling and engagement
- Maintain retail standards and store presentation in line with brand guidelines and retailer expectations
