Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets whilst promoting Penhaligon's fragrance collections
- Deliver a unique, consultative customer experience by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge across the fragrance portfolio
- Build customer loyalty and brand awareness through personalized recommendations and engagement
- Maintain store standards and support the retailer's visual merchandising and operational expectations
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team environment that prioritizes shared success
Qualifications
- Experience within a one-to-one sales environment, ideally in Fragrance, Beauty, or Luxury retail
- Genuine passion for people, relationships, and building customer connections
- Keen interest in industry and market trends
- Strong enthusiasm for Penhaligon's products and brand heritage
- Ability to work flexibly across the weekly schedule (Monday–Sunday inclusive)
Skills
Experience
Experience within a one-to-one sales environment, ideally in Fragrance, Beauty, or Luxury retail. Transferable skills from adjacent customer-facing roles are welcome.
