Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support financial decision-making and track performance against key metrics
- Deliver actionable insights through trend analysis, variance investigation, and examination of key business drivers across channels, brands, and retail partners
- Support retailer-level financial analysis, including door productivity assessments, assortment performance evaluation, and promotional return-on-investment analysis
- Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and investment cases through comprehensive financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Own key components of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic planning processes
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to ensure forecasting accuracy and support business planning initiatives
- Perform variance analysis (Actuals vs. Budget vs. Forecast vs. Prior Year) and articulate underlying financial drivers
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc business reviews with clear financial storytelling and performance narratives
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting packages that track critical KPIs and business health indicators
- Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and key cost drivers including COGS, logistics, and marketing spend
- Support month-end close activities including accruals, reclassifications, and expense tracking in alignment with Finance deadlines
- Identify inefficiencies in reporting, forecasting, and data management processes and propose scalable solutions
- Drive standardization and automation of recurring reports and analyses across the organization
- Enhance data visualization and reporting capabilities to improve business decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
- Strong foundation in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis
- Advanced Excel proficiency including modeling, pivot tables, and scenario analysis
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Experience with ERP and BI tools such as SAP, SAP BW, or NetSuite
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with cross-functional influencing ability
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with competing priorities

5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis, preferably within beauty, luxury, or consumer goods industries.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA certification preferred.
