Puig is hiring an FP&A Manager, Niche in Barcelona, Spain — lead financial planning and analysis for the niche fragrance portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end FP&A processes for the niche fragrance portfolio: annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasts and monthly rolling forecasts.
  • Prepare and present concise management reporting, P&L analysis and KPI dashboards to senior leadership and brand teams.
  • Build and maintain financial models for scenario analysis, pricing, promotions and new product launches to support commercial decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain to assess demand, margin drivers and trade investments; translate commercial plans into financial forecasts.
  • Drive month-end reporting activities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of forecast vs. actual reconciliations.
  • Develop and automate reporting and dashboards leveraging BI tools; propose process improvements to increase forecast accuracy and efficiency.
  • Lead, coach and allocate work for a small FP&A team or analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives, long-range financial plans and ad hoc commercial analyses for the niche business.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable FP&A experience within beauty, luxury goods, or fast-moving consumer goods, with ownership of brand or category P&L.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and management reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen to influence cross-functional decision-making.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior analysts and managing end-to-end FP&A deliverables.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; master's degree or professional finance qualification (CFA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP/finance systems and BI tools.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline; a Master's degree or professional qualification (CFA, ACCA, CIMA) is advantageous.
