Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to construction, revision, and analysis of brand budgets across marketing, communication, retail, digital, and education departments
- Support financial cycles (Budget, Forecast, Latest Estimate) in collaboration with brand teams and the central Brand Finance department
- Conduct performance analyses by product and category, including catalog assessment, product launches, promotional impact, margins, mix, and profitability
- Prepare business cases for new product launches with margin impact projections
- Produce monthly brand performance reports covering sales, margins, P&L, and departmental expenditures
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support marketing decision-making
- Monitor purchase orders (PO) in SAP and maintain brand spending dashboards for departmental and executive review
- Contribute to enhancement of financial processes and data reliability
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Master's degree program (Year 1 or 2)
- Strong demonstrated interest in management accounting, marketing finance, and the luxury/beauty industry
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP or business intelligence tools is advantageous
- Solid analytical capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong autonomous work habits and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with comfort in international environments
- Fluent in French and English; Spanish or Catalan knowledge is valued

Seeking a final-year or gap-year student pursuing a six-month internship in finance or management accounting within the luxury or beauty sector.
Education
Master's degree program (first or second year) in finance, accounting, business administration, or related discipline.
