Role & Responsibilities

  • Own territory planning, routing, performance monitoring and forecasting; produce regular sales reports and present actionable insights to regional leadership.
  • Recruit, onboard and evaluate team members; conduct field performance reviews and implement corrective development plans when required.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, trade marketing and logistics to coordinate launches, in-store events and supply flow.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in field sales or retail account management, ideally within perfumes, cosmetics or luxury goods.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the private specialty retail or wholesale channel.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in territory planning, forecasting and KPI management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to cultivate relationships with independent retailers and store principals.
