About Puig
Puig is a distinguished name in the luxury fashion and fragrance industry, renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to excellence. As part of a global conglomerate, Puig offers a dynamic and inspiring work environment, fostering creativity and professional growth.
Puig is hiring a Field Resource Planning Manager to oversee its North American CoWorx partnership and freelance staffing program across Prestige, Niche, Byredo and Dr. Barbara Sturm, including field coverage, budgets, KPIs and planning. The role is permanent and manages cross-functional execution, reporting and process improvement; the expected annual base salary is $90,000–$100,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day CoWorx relationship, including scope, rates, service levels, performance reviews and escalations.
- Serve as the single point of contact between CoWorx and Puig’s internal teams—Commercial Planning, the four divisions, Finance, HR and Legal—covering contracts, compliance, invoicing and accruals.
- Coordinate freelance talent onboarding, offboarding and compliance with HR and Legal.
- Partner cross-functionally to align staffing needs, business priorities and operational execution.
- Coordinate issue resolution and communication between internal stakeholders and external staffing partners.
- Manage the freelance program across Prestige, Niche, Byredo and Dr. Barbara Sturm, tracking bookings, coverage, hours and budget by division, retailer and door.
- Execute seasonal and in-season staffing plans set by the Director, Commercial Planning and Heads of Sell-Out, flagging risks and gaps early.
- Monitor staffing coverage and utilization to align freelance resources with business needs and execution priorities.
- Manage invoicing, accruals and budget reconciliation with Finance.
- Maintain visibility into staffing demand, coverage requirements and budget performance across brands and retailers.
- Own the monthly field staffing KPI report, covering hours, spend, coverage, productivity and return by division, retailer and door.
- Build and maintain metrics that inform staffing strategy, using governed Business & Data Analytics dashboards rather than manual trackers.
- Track staffing performance against established KPIs and business objectives.
- Communicate KPIs, their implications and opportunities for improvement to field teams and stakeholders.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure reporting supports planning, budgeting and staffing decisions.
- Integrate staffing requirements into seasonal planning cycles for launches, events, Visual Weeks and holiday periods.
- Partner with Commercial Planning, Sales Operations and the Data team on staffing planning and operational execution.
- Improve processes through automation and new ways of working with CoWorx, Sales Operations and the Data team.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve reporting processes and enhance program execution.
- Support continuous improvement that drives efficiency, consistency and visibility across the staffing program.

- Experience managing vendors or partners, including contracts, service levels, invoicing and compliance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Organized, operational and reliable, with the ability to run a program and ensure confidence in its numbers.
