Puig Fashion Logistics Manager
Puig seeks a Fashion Logistics Manager in Paris to lead warehouse, distribution and inventory operations across fashion channels.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end logistics operations for fashion product flows, including inbound reception, warehousing, order picking, packing and outbound distribution to wholesale, retail and e‑commerce channels.
- Manage relationships with 3PL partners, carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely, cost-effective transportation and compliance with import/export regulations.
- Own inventory accuracy and stock-flow processes through rigorous cycle counts, root-cause analysis and corrective actions to minimise shrinkage and obsolescence.
- Define and monitor operational KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, lead times, transport costs) and deliver continuous improvement initiatives to optimise service levels and reduce cost-to-serve.
- Supervise and develop a logistics team, including workforce planning, training, performance reviews and health & safety compliance in warehouse operations.
- Coordinate logistics planning with production, sourcing, retail and e‑commerce teams to align capacity, seasonal peaks and product launches.
- Manage logistics budget, freight tenders and supplier performance reviews; implement process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven managerial experience in logistics or distribution, preferably within fashion, apparel or luxury retail environments.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing transport procurement, 3PL partnerships and cost control.
- Demonstrated ability to implement operational improvements and lead cross-functional projects.
- Excellent leadership and people-management skills with experience building and coaching operational teams.
- Fluent French communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management (career progression often requires local language proficiency).

Experience
Typically requires 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, distribution or supply chain roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity; prior exposure to fashion or retail supply chains and managing external logistics partners is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
