Puig seeks an Export Transport Executive to manage and oversee carrier operations and international logistics workflows, ensuring consistent service quality across global distribution channels. Role & Responsibilities
- Review and process shipment documentation for warehouse fulfillment and international transport
- Generate and maintain original logistics documentation from carriers, shipping companies, and airlines as required for traffic operations
- Modify and adapt documentation to align with client, carrier, and airline specifications and regulatory requirements
- Verify and control attached and original documentation including Proof of Delivery (POD) and transport records
- Maintain and track original documents in accordance with logistics protocols
- Coordinate and document physical merchandise inspections between warehouse facilities and official regulatory organizations
- Manage and analyze international traffic incidents across departments, implementing corrective actions and closure procedures
- Administer insurance-related incident procedures and merchandise return documentation
- Execute alternative daily service protocols in response to emergencies and operational disruptions
- Plan and coordinate traffic bookings with logistics operators to optimize transport efficiency
- Monitor ongoing shipments, identify potential delays, and implement proactive alternatives to ensure adherence to service commitments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in import/export logistics or similar international supply chain operations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transport Logistics, or related discipline
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Intermediate to advanced competency in French (desirable)
- Demonstrated knowledge of logistics processes and export traffic workflows
- Proficiency with logistics documentation systems and carrier management platforms
