Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate meetings between the Chief Executive Officer and internal and external partners (employees, partner brands, wholesale network, service providers), including follow-up communications and tracking
  • Oversee General Management projects by building and maintaining strategic roadmaps, animating contributors, and ensuring timely reminders and deliverables
  • Assist in developing corporate presentations for the JPG Executive Committee and the PUIG Executive Committee and Board
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of business plans and budget forecasts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or business administration (Bac +5)
  • Specialization in business development or strategy
  • Excellent command of English and French (mandatory)
  • Additional language proficiency in Italian, Spanish, or Japanese preferred
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury sector
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical mindset with product sensibility
