Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to senior leadership including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring milestones, budgets and stakeholder alignment are met.
- Prepare executive-grade presentations, reports and briefings; synthesize complex information into concise materials for decision-making.
- Act as a central point of contact between the executive office and internal teams, external partners and agencies; escalate issues and manage priorities.
- Manage event and meeting logistics for leadership forums, board-level gatherings and external client or partner events.
- Maintain project governance: track timelines, risks, dependencies and deliverables; implement corrective actions where required.
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion and maintain strict professional standards in all communications.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to support C‑level or senior executives with impeccable professionalism and discretion.
- Demonstrable project management competence, including planning, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to produce polished executive materials.
- Strong organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise competing demands and manage complex diaries.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a service-oriented mindset.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years of combined experience in executive support and project management within a corporate, luxury goods or consumer-facing environment; previous exposure to cross-functional international projects is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
