Puig (Barcelona) seeks an ESG Graduate (temporary) to support ESG reporting and Workiva platform administration.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the consolidation, validation and upload of ESG data into the Workiva platform for internal and external disclosures.
  • Assist in preparation of sustainability reports, regulatory filings and management presentations in line with recognised frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, EU CSRD).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (finance, legal, operations, supply chain) to source KPI inputs and ensure data completeness and traceability.
  • Perform routine data quality checks, reconciliation and documentation of controls and audit trails within reporting systems.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline ESG data collection and reporting workflows.
  • Produce concise analytics and narrative summaries to support senior stakeholders and external auditors during reporting cycles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, finance, accounting or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable interest in ESG, sustainability reporting or corporate responsibility.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to data accuracy and documentation.
  • Effective communicator, able to translate technical data into clear summaries for stakeholders.

Experience
