Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the e‑retail strategy for Puig’s niche brands in the assigned territory, prioritising premium third‑party retail and marketplace partnerships.
  • Own commercial relationships with key e‑retail partners (selective retailers, marketplace accounts and e‑tail platforms), negotiating commercial terms, assortment and promotional activity.
  • Drive revenue growth and margin optimisation through assortment planning, pricing strategy, promotional cadence and inventory management aligned with wholesale and brand teams.
  • Set KPIs, produce regular performance reporting and insight-driven recommendations using web and sales analytics to improve conversion, AOV and sell‑through.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with brand marketing, trade marketing, supply chain and finance to align launches, digital campaigns and forecasting.
  • Develop and implement marketplace and retailer activation plans, including content optimisation, product pages, digital merchandising and paid search/co‑op campaigns.
  • Manage internal stakeholders and external agencies/vendors to ensure on‑time execution and brand integrity across digital retail touchpoints.
  • Ensure compliance with brand governance, MAP policies and e‑retail contractual requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in e‑retail, e‑commerce or digital wholesale within beauty, fragrance, luxury fashion or premium CPG.
  • Demonstrable experience managing relationships with major e‑retailers and marketplaces, including commercial negotiations and performance management.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using sales and web analytics to drive commercial decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, supply chain and finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Ability to travel periodically for retailer meetings and trade events.
