Puig (Barcelona) is hiring an El Balcon Brand Ambassador to represent the fragrance in-store and at events, driving trials and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the public face of El Balcon across retail environments, pop-ups and promotional events, delivering consistent brand messaging and sensory storytelling.
- Present product knowledge and perform fragrance demonstrations to engage customers, generate trials and convert interest into sales.
- Drive KPI performance at assigned points of sale through proactive client approach, merchandising upkeep and targeted selling techniques.
- Collaborate with retail managers and regional marketing teams to execute activations, sampling programmes and seasonal campaigns.
- Record customer interactions and feedback; contribute actionable insights to local CRM and sales reporting.
- Maintain visual standards and stock presentation in line with brand guidelines, including stock replenishment and POS collateral management.
- Provide informal training and product briefings to retail staff and temporary teams during activations.
- Represent the brand professionally at third-party events, maintaining punctuality, presentation standards and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail, promotional activations or experiential marketing, preferably within fragrance or beauty.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence and close sales in face-to-face settings.
- High standards of personal presentation and professional demeanour appropriate for luxury brand representation.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends to support retail hours and events.
- Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail in merchandising and POS execution.
- Legal right to work in the hiring country and reliable transportation to event and retail locations.

Experience
Typically 1+ year of frontline retail or brand-activation experience; prior exposure to fragrance, beauty or luxury retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or coursework in marketing, communications, hospitality or a related field is advantageous but not required.
