Role & Responsibilities
- Support and implement continuous improvement (CI) projects across production and packaging lines to raise operational effectiveness and reduce waste.
- Deploy, configure and maintain digital solutions that enable real‑time data capture (MES, IIoT) and KPI visualization at plant and line level.
- Collect, validate and analyse production data to identify root causes, develop corrective actions and quantify benefits using DMAIC and other CI methodologies.
- Design and maintain standardized processes, work instructions and digital dashboards to ensure sustainable gains and reproducibility.
- Work with maintenance, engineering and quality teams to integrate PLC/automation data into MES and analytics platforms.
- Run pilot projects for new digital tools, coordinate vendor integration, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Train operators and supervisors on new tools, data‑driven problem solving and CI practices to embed cultural change.
- Report project status, ROI and performance metrics to site leadership and the central transformation office.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Practical certification or training in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred).
- Demonstrable experience implementing or operating MES/IIoT solutions and integrating PLC/automation data.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience in data extraction, modelling and KPI definition.
- Ability to translate operational problems into technical requirements and deliver cross‑functional change.
- Fluency in industry safety and quality standards relevant to manufacturing environments.

Experience
2–5 years of hands‑on experience in manufacturing continuous improvement, industrial automation or digital transformation projects within FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or related discrete/continuous production environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification.
