Puig is hiring an Education Manager in Barcelona — lead learning & development for the luxury fragrance and beauty house.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and evolve a global learning strategy that supports brand positioning, commercial objectives and employee development across retail, sales, product and corporate teams.
- Develop curricula and learning pathways including onboarding, product & selling skills, brand culture, leadership and compliance training for in-person and digital delivery.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS): maintain catalogues, deploy learning journeys, monitor uptake and ensure technical integrity of digital courses.
- Create and author e-learning modules and blended-learning solutions in partnership with subject-matter experts and external vendors; oversee use of authoring tools and multimedia assets.
- Deliver train-the-trainer programmes and coach regional trainers, store managers and sales leaders to ensure consistent roll-out and high-quality facilitation.
- Define and track learning KPIs and ROI metrics (engagement, knowledge retention, commercial impact); produce reporting and insights for senior stakeholders.
- Manage training budgets, select and supervise external training partners and agencies, and ensure high-quality vendor deliverables.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Retail Operations, Marketing and Product teams to align learning interventions with product launches and commercial initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in learning & development, training or education roles—preferably within luxury retail, beauty, fragrance or consumer goods.
- Experience designing and delivering blended learning programmes, with solid familiarity with instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, adult learning principles).
- Demonstrated experience administering an LMS and working with e-learning authoring tools or platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills with ability to influence senior leaders and regional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong organisational and project-management capabilities.
- Comfortable analysing learning metrics and translating data into actionable improvements.
Skills
Experience
Typically 5+ years in learning & development, training or education roles with progressive responsibility; prior experience in luxury retail, beauty or consumer-facing commercial environments and experience managing cross‑regional rollouts is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology or a related field; advanced certification or master's degree in L&D, HR or organizational development is a plus.
