Role & Responsibilities

• Define and execute the brand’s online commercial strategy to maximise sales, conversion and AOV across owned digital channels.
• Manage day‑to‑day operation of the e‑commerce site(s): merchandising, product launches, content governance and catalogue integrity.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns (performance and acquisition), coordinating with media, CRM and creative teams to optimise ROI.
• Analyse site and campaign performance using data‑driven KPIs; generate actionable insights and present regular reports to senior stakeholders.
• Lead selection and management of external vendors and technical partners (platform, payment, fraud, logistics), ensuring SLAs and brand standards are met.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, IT, supply chain and retail teams to ensure seamless customer journeys, availability and post‑purchase experience.
• Manage budget for digital activities and supervise, coach or coordinate cross‑functional project teams as required for campaign and site initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing e‑commerce operations within premium or luxury retail, ideally on seasonal product cycles.
• Demonstrated capability to manage digital P&L, set KPIs and deliver sustained commercial growth.
• Strong stakeholder management with experience liaising across marketing, creative, product and operations teams.
• Excellent analytical aptitude; ability to translate data into prioritized commercial actions.
• Proven experience of managing external technical partners and platform migrations or integrations.

Skills

Experience

Typically requires 5+ years of progressive experience in e‑commerce or digital commerce roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or project leadership capacity; luxury or premium retail experience is strongly preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, digital commerce or equivalent professional experience.
