Puig is hiring an e‑Commerce Key Account Manager in Barcelona, Spain to manage strategic online accounts and drive omnichannel growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own commercial relationships with strategic e‑commerce partners and marketplaces to maximise sell‑through and brand presence online.
  • Define and execute annual commercial plans for assigned accounts, including assortment, pricing, promotional cadence and margin management.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, service-level agreements and marketing co-investment with retail partners and platforms.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing, digital, supply chain and logistics teams to ensure flawless execution of launches, campaigns and replenishment.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, stock levels and digital KPIs to identify opportunities and risks; produce regular business reviews for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Design and coordinate joint business plans, activation calendars, and content/creative briefs with e‑retail partners.
  • Lead cross-functional project delivery for onboarding, marketplace listing optimisation and category initiatives.
  • Champion omnichannel initiatives and partner with wholesale and retail teams to align online and offline commercial strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in key account management for e‑commerce or retail, ideally within beauty, luxury or FMCG.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing P&L levers.
  • Analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable commercial decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills; capable of coordinating cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional European language (e.g., French) advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to meet clients and partners.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification in digital commerce or luxury brand management is an advantage.
