Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the Technology EMEA function and serve as principal technology partner to regional senior leadership, building strong stakeholder relationships, participating in Regional Leadership Team meetings, and ensuring technology services meet agreed business needs and service levels
• Balance regional business requirements with global technology priorities and Puig's strategic direction, integrating business plans into technology roadmaps with focus on data, artificial intelligence, and consumer-facing platforms
• Manage stakeholder demand and expectations for new technology services, prioritize critical initiatives, coordinate delivery with technology teams, and mitigate the impact of service incidents
• Drive portfolio management for the region, coordinate project planning, and secure necessary technology resources for priority initiatives
• Oversee delivery of technology services and user support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Identify technology opportunities to support business growth, improve processes, and foster innovation
• Define regional CAPEX and OPEX technology budgets aligned with business requirements
• Manage talent and skill requirements within the regional technology function
• Communicate technology policies, standards, and cybersecurity requirements, collaborating with business teams to ensure compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of technology leadership experience, ideally in beauty, fashion, retail, or consumer goods sectors
• Strong expertise in technology infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, operations, and digital transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-regional technology operations and leading cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to deliver results within matrix and regional organizational structures
• Ability to align technology strategies with business objectives and generate measurable results
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Data & Analytics, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies
• Experience with ITIL, Agile methodologies, and cybersecurity frameworks is advantageous

15+ years of technology leadership experience, ideally within the beauty, fashion, retail, or consumer goods sectors. Demonstrated proficiency in managing multi-regional technology operations, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering results within matrix organizational structures.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
