Role & Responsibilities
- Drive the complete lifecycle of digital projects from scoping through production deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and defined objectives
- Challenge, formalize, and prioritize business requirements across multiple fashion houses in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps in partnership with business and IT stakeholders, identifying risks, dependencies, and cross-functional impacts
- Serve as the principal point of contact for fashion brands on all digital technology matters and ensure strategic alignment between business priorities and technological capabilities
- Oversee deployments of new functionality, third-party solution integrations, and ecosystem evolution across the digital fashion platforms
- Manage continuous improvement initiatives on existing digital platforms, including evolution requests and incident resolution for production systems
- Organize and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) campaigns and end-to-end validation processes
- Establish and animate governance forums with business teams, technical staff, and external partners to ensure transparent project communication and informed decision-making
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital or technology project management
- Demonstrated expertise in fashion, luxury, retail, or e-commerce sectors
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency with Shopify
- Expert-level command of Jira for project oversight
- Advanced competency in Confluence for documentation and project governance
- Hands-on experience with digital platform integrations and business system connectivity
- Fluent in French and English; Spanish is advantageous
- Background in international, multi-brand environments
