This permanent role supports Puig's digital transformation agenda, partnering with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize platform architecture solutions across the organization's diverse brand portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of digital platform architecture across Puig's technology ecosystem
- Manage complex technology projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, development teams, and external partners to define technical requirements and architecture standards
- Oversee platform scalability, security, and integration strategies to support business growth
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery
- Establish governance frameworks and best practices for platform management and evolution
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading large-scale platform or infrastructure projects in a matrixed, international environment
- Strong understanding of digital architecture principles, cloud technologies, and system integration
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including technology, business, and operations
- Knowledge of luxury or consumer-facing industries is advantageous
Skills
Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in technology project management, platform engineering, or digital infrastructure roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity managing complex, cross-functional initiatives at scale.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Advanced certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or platform architecture are preferred.
