Puig is hiring a Digital Marketing Intern for its Hamburg office from 1 January 2027. The paid internship pays €2,330 per month and supports product launches, digital activations, campaign monitoring, brandroom maintenance and cross-functional marketing processes for its fragrance and beauty brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of upcoming product launches, including preparing product information, master data and imagery.
  • Assist with planning and implementing online activities, including CRM, social media and onsite placements, gaining exposure to digital marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the analysis, quality assurance and performance monitoring of ongoing campaigns, and learn key digital marketing metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with various internal teams and gain insight into cross-functional working.
  • Maintain and distribute master data and support other administrative processes related to the brands.
  • Coordinate the ordering and provision of advertising materials, such as banners, for digital campaigns.
  • Regularly review and maintain brandrooms to support a consistent, high-quality brand presentation.
  • Build practical digital marketing experience and develop knowledge through close collaboration with experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business or a comparable field.
  • Initial exposure to digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM or related areas is an advantage.
  • Interest in digital media, online activations and data-driven work, with a structured approach to tasks.
  • Confident using MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Initial knowledge of content management and maintaining product and master data is desirable.
  • Enjoys working with different teams and communicates openly and clearly.
  • Well organised, reliable and careful, with the ability to manage several parallel tasks.
  • Good written and spoken German and English.
  • Eager to learn, motivated and self-reliant, with an interest in digital marketing activities and the fragrance and beauty sector.
