Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the demand forecasting process for assigned brands, integrating commercial inputs, market trends, and historical data into predictive models
- Coordinate with Marketing and Commercial teams on product launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives to align inventory with planned activities
- Define and dimension product requirements by reference and distribution channel
- Analyze the impact of new launches, promotional activity, competitive dynamics, and market evolution on forecast accuracy
- Plan support materials including testers, sampling, and promotional inventory
- Identify risks and opportunities against budgeted targets, proposing mitigation and optimization plans
- Manage stock allocation during constrained supply situations, prioritizing business needs and strategic customer accounts
- Define promotional quotas and volume allocations by customer segment, geographic area, and sales team
- Monitor performance of strategic customer accounts and channel performance
- Coordinate demand adjustments, volume increases/reductions, and promotional planning with Marketing and Supply Chain
- Conduct sales, inventory, and commercial performance analysis to identify optimization opportunities
- Generate reports and dashboards tracking forecast accuracy, KPIs, and actionable business insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Forecasting
- Demonstrated expertise working with large data volumes and commercial planning processes
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, data analysis, and large dataset management)
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, dashboard development, KPI visualization, and automated reporting)
- Native or fluent Spanish language skills
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Excellent analytical capability with strong data orientation
- Meticulous attention to detail with critical thinking ability
- Proven capacity to manage complex information from multiple sources
- Problem-solving orientation with commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and results-driven mindset

Experience
