Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and commercial insights
- Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and supply chain teams to optimize inventory allocation and reduce stockouts or overstock situations
- Analyze demand patterns and seasonality to support replenishment and purchasing strategies
- Monitor key performance indicators including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and fill rates
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on demand planning metrics and recommendations
- Manage communications between commercial and supply chain functions to align on business objectives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of demand planning or supply chain planning experience in retail or fashion
- Proficiency in demand planning software and Excel/data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and supply chain operations
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English

Experience
3-5 years of demand planning, supply chain planning, or related analytical role in retail, fashion, or FMCG environments, with demonstrated ability to manage forecasting processes and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
