Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the demand forecasting process by collecting and analyzing data (sales history, sell-out, inventory levels) and integrating sales and finance projections across multiple time horizons (rolling 18 months, year-end forecasts) for designated brand portfolios
  • Create and maintain demand forecasting models and key performance indicators (KPIs) including forecast reliability, forecast bias (BIAS), and inventory levels across retail and boutique channels
  • Facilitate forecasting meetings with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Commercial teams to align demand projections and discuss risks and opportunities
  • Identify, track, and report on assumptions, risks, and opportunities affecting medium and long-term commercial objectives
  • Communicate internally, particularly to senior management, regarding risks that may impact financial targets
  • Enhance the S&OP process to ensure it meets enterprise needs and aligns with best practices
  • Maintain alignment between global and local teams by providing visibility on product availability and stock-out risks
  • Build strong partnerships with Customer Service, Key Account Managers, Marketing, Finance, Trade Marketing, inventory allocation teams, and demand planning teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree +5 (Bac+5) from a business school or equivalent university program
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (S&OP or sales forecasting), ideally in the beauty sector
  • Fluent in French and English; Spanish proficiency is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Strong analytical and strategic mindset
  • Proactive problem-solving orientation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open-minded, enthusiastic, and intellectually curious
