Role & Responsibilities

  • Own SKU-level demand forecasting and replenishment planning for assigned markets and channels, balancing commercial objectives with inventory efficiency.
  • Build and maintain forward-looking sales forecasts using statistical models, promotional uplift analysis and consensus inputs from sales and marketing.
  • Produce regular sales intelligence reports and dashboards to inform commercial decision-making and to track forecast accuracy, sell-through and stock coverage.
  • Coordinate S&OP inputs: align commercial demand plans with supply, logistics and finance teams to ensure on-time availability and to mitigate stock risks.
  • Perform root-cause analysis of forecast variances, identify trends and drivers, and propose corrective actions to improve forecast precision and inventory turns.
  • Translate commercial briefs and trade events into demand scenarios and quantify their impact on distribution and working capital.
  • Develop and automate recurring reporting processes; present insights and recommendations to regional commercial leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, economics, statistics or a related quantitative discipline; master’s preferred.
  • Proven track record (typically 3+ years) in demand planning, forecasting or sales analysis within beauty, FMCG, retail or fashion environments.
  • Demonstrable experience with S&OP processes and collaborating across commercial, supply chain and finance functions.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with a history of improving forecast accuracy and inventory KPIs.
