Role & Responsibilities
- Support delivery transformation initiatives across digital and IT teams, contributing to the rollout of new operating models and delivery practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters and engineering teams to track progress, remove impediments and ensure adherence to agile ceremonies and cadences.
- Help map and optimise end-to-end delivery processes, identify bottlenecks and propose measurable improvements.
