Puig is hiring a Data Analyst in London to deliver commercial analytics and insights for its fashion and beauty brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and optimise commercial dashboards and recurring reports to track sales, distribution and retail KPIs across brands and channels.
- Translate raw transactional and POS data into actionable insights to support sales, marketing and merchandising decisions.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and forecasting to inform assortment, pricing and promotional strategies for the UK market.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by managing ETL checks, validating datasets and collaborating with IT/BI teams on pipeline improvements.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional stakeholders, producing executive summaries and visualisations tailored to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Demonstrable proficiency with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Experience building interactive dashboards and visualisations with Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong commercial awareness of retail or beauty industry dynamics; experience within fashion/beauty is highly desirable.
