Role & Responsibilities
- Manage escalations from external consumer care teams
- Maintain and modify B2C orders within service-level agreements
- Place B2C replacement orders and coordinate order modifications
- Liaise with logistics teams to resolve delivery issues and provide status updates
- Administer payment fraud management and validate transactions
- Process returns and manage refund workflows
- Execute commercial refunds and resolve customer chargebacks
- Maintain UK internal orders and ensure accurate record-keeping
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- SAP software experience (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Solid analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
