Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, timely customer support across UK channels including phone, email, live chat and social media.
  • Manage order inquiries, returns, exchanges and refunds in accordance with Puig’s policies and SLA targets.
  • Log and resolve customer complaints; escalate complex or recurring issues to senior teams and follow through to resolution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and case notes within the CRM; update order and delivery statuses in coordination with logistics and e‑commerce teams.
  • Contribute to performance reporting by tracking KPIs (response times, NPS/CSAT, ticket volumes) and proposing service improvements.
  • Support short-term campaigns, product launches and peak trading periods with flexible availability and prioritisation of tasks.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role (retail, e‑commerce or contact centre), preferably within beauty, fragrance or luxury retail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexibly on a temporary contract, including peak trading hours if required.
