Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for consumer enquiries from France and the Benelux markets across phone, email and digital channels, ensuring timely, accurate and brand‑appropriate responses.
  • Resolve product, order and after‑sales issues, coordinating with logistics, retail and commercial teams to deliver satisfactory outcomes and follow‑through.
  • Log and track customer interactions and case resolutions in the CRM; escalate complex or critical issues to regional managers or legal/compliance as required.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product assortments, launches, promotions and return policies to provide informed guidance.
  • Analyse recurring customer feedback and report trends to the regional customer experience and commercial teams to inform improvement actions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for processes, templates and knowledgebase content; participate in training and quality monitoring.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or client care, preferably 2+ years within luxury, beauty or premium retail environments.
  • Fluency in French and strong command of English; Dutch (NL) or Flemish is an advantage for Benelux coverage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, brand‑appropriate manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple channels and cases concurrently with high attention to detail and empathy.
  • Right to work in the role location for the duration of the temporary contract.

Experience
