Byredo seeks a Creative Operations Intern in Stockholm for a 6-month internship supporting studio coordination, production planning and creative asset management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day studio coordination, project administration and production planning activities
- Assist in maintaining project timelines, production trackers, resource overviews and schedules
- Support meeting preparation, note-taking and follow-up on actions and deliverables
- Help coordinate communication between internal Studio teams and HQ stakeholders
- Assist image productions throughout pre-production, production and post-production phases
- Support shoot logistics, including samples, production materials, props, equipment and location preparation
- Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams and external partners such as photographers, retouchers, freelancers, agencies and vendors
- Help organise and maintain creative assets, production files and shared documentation
- Support tracking and delivery of final imagery and production materials
- Assist in ensuring files, assets and documentation are structured and updated across platforms
- Support vendor coordination and administrative follow-ups
- Assist with purchase order and invoice tracking processes
- Contribute to maintaining accurate production-related documentation and records
- Gain insight into how Creative Operations collaborates with Marketing, Brand and Global teams
- Support coordination across multiple stakeholders involved in creative and image production projects
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Production, Project Management, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, Design, Photography or a related field
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Structured, proactive and hands-on approach to work
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Fluent English communication skills
- Interest in image production, photography, creative operations, art direction, graphic design, beauty, fashion or luxury
Skills
Experience
Ideally, candidates should possess foundational experience or demonstrated interest in creative production environments, production coordination, or studio operations. Prior experience in marketing, design, photography, or luxury brand environments is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled as a student in Production, Project Management, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, Design, Photography or a related field. Documentation confirming that the internship is a mandatory part of the study programme is required.
