Puig is hiring a Consumer Engagement Manager in Hamburg — lead CRM, lifecycle marketing and multi-channel campaigns for luxury fragrance and beauty brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and execute consumer engagement and CRM strategies across lifecycle touchpoints to drive acquisition, retention and lifetime value for Puig’s brands.
  • Plan, build and deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, social, onsite) in collaboration with brand, creative and digital teams.
  • Segment audiences using behavioral and transactional data to enable personalized journeys and automated workflows.
  • Define KPIs, run A/B tests and perform ongoing analysis to optimize campaign performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and technology vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Oversee campaign planning calendars, resource allocation and budgetary control for consumer engagement initiatives.
  • Translate brand objectives into scalable CRM programs and ensure coherence with global marketing and retail initiatives.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record (typically 3+ years) in CRM, consumer engagement or lifecycle marketing, preferably within beauty, luxury or premium FMCG sectors.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using data to shape segmentation, targeting and personalization.
  • Experience managing agency and vendor relationships, including campaign execution and governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
