Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and analyse compensation frameworks aligned with global guidelines, market surveys, and local competitiveness to develop remuneration policies, salary structures, and variable compensation schemes that drive business objectives and employee commitment
  • Review and implement employee benefits policies, including insurance coverage negotiations with providers and identification of new benefits to maintain market competitiveness and support employer brand positioning
  • Develop, analyse, and present annual compensation budgets and staffing costs, manage financial reporting to Finance and Headquarters, monitor Net Personal Expenses, identify cost efficiencies, and escalate budget variances
  • Propose, design, and verify organizational changes and structural realignments during the annual Organizational Review Meeting, optimising headcount and cost management in alignment with internal audit and expense governance requirements
  • Lead and participate in internal committees and cross-functional HR initiatives that impact organizational culture and employee wellness, ensuring integrated HR activity alignment
  • Communicate new benefits implementations and improvements via internal channels to ensure transparency and support employee engagement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in compensation management with emphasis on benefits
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering, Human Resources Engineering, or equivalent discipline
  • Advanced competency in budget management and benefits architecture
  • Proficiency in data analysis and strategic planning with demonstrated business acumen
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and influence capabilities
