Role & Responsibilities
- Define and execute integrated communications and PR strategies that reinforce the Carolina Herrera brand across fashion, accessories and fragrance.
- Manage media relations, cultivate and expand relationships with national and international press, and secure high-impact editorial coverage.
- Lead press kit and content development, including press releases, lookbooks, media notes and executive statements.
- Coordinate and deliver communications around fashion shows, launches, and events, working closely with show production, creative and retail teams.
- Oversee relationships with external PR agencies and freelance partners; set briefs, monitor performance and manage budgets.
- Develop crisis and issues-management protocols and act as a communications lead in sensitive situations.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital and client services to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels and campaigns.
- Monitor media metrics and produce regular reports on coverage, share of voice and campaign ROI.
Qualifications
