Puig seeks a Communications Intern in Paris to support global external communications strategy starting March 2027. Six-month internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, updating, and proofreading corporate communication materials including presentations, press kits, reports, and articles in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Coordinate with agencies and brand teams on content production, distribution, and asset management
- Maintain and update the corporate image library, video library, and press coverage archive for consistency and accessibility
- Contribute to the corporate editorial calendar by proposing creative content ideas and ensuring timely updates
- Create engaging social media content across multiple platforms in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor digital trends and propose innovative content formats to strengthen corporate storytelling and increase brand visibility
- Support the management and translation of external communication assets and website content
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university, business school, or equivalent higher education institution with ability to provide an internship agreement for the full six-month duration
- Degree in or specialization in Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or Business with Communications focus
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken (Spanish is advantageous)
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and diplomatic communication skills when handling sensitive information
- Familiarity with digital content management systems and social media platforms
