Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and develop strategic relationships with assigned key retail and wholesale partners to maximise sales, distribution and brand presence.
  • Define and drive joint business plans and commercial strategies to achieve and exceed sales, margin and market-share targets.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, listings and supply commitments with customers, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and profitability objectives.
  • Analyse sell-through, inventory and market trends to produce actionable recommendations and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional activity (marketing, trade marketing, operations, supply chain and finance) to deliver customer programmes and seasonal plans.
  • Monitor KPI performance and prepare regular business reviews and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Support merchandising, assortment and in-store execution initiatives, including staff training and promotional rollouts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commercial management or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record (typically 3+ years) in key account management, national account sales or commercial roles within beauty, cosmetics, fashion or FMCG.
  • Demonstrable negotiation skills and commercial acumen with experience managing complex contracts and commercial agreements.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience building forecasts, tracking KPIs and translating data into commercial actions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to influence at senior customer and internal stakeholder levels.
