As a Collection Flow Assistant in Puig’s Communications team, the apprentice supports daily operations by tracking collection pieces and coordinating logistics, administration and process improvements. Role & Responsibilities
- Track the movement of collection pieces into and out of the showroom.
- Coordinate product loans, returns and transfers with the various departments.
- Maintain accurate inventories and reliable tracking tools.
- Monitor product availability and update the associated databases.
- Help organize and optimize storage areas.
- Act as the liaison between the Studio, Communications, Press and other relevant departments.
- Facilitate information flow and follow up on internal requests.
- Support teams with the operational coordination of projects.

- Update dashboards, schedules and activity management tools.
- Prepare administrative materials required for project tracking.
