Byredo Client Advisor (6-month temporary contract) in Kildare, Ireland — luxury beauty retail role with sales targets and customer experience focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver memorable customer experiences and build lasting relationships through personalized service and product expertise
- Achieve individual and store sales targets whilst promoting Byredo and Puig brands consistently
- Anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations through attentive, consultative selling
- Develop and increase brand awareness and customer loyalty within the Kildare market
- Maintain store standards and uphold the expectations of the retail operation
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across fragrance, skincare, and beauty categories
Qualifications
- Proven experience in one-to-one sales environments, preferably in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for building customer relationships
- Knowledge of industry and market trends within the beauty and luxury sectors
- Enthusiasm and ambition toward achieving personal and team goals
- Passion for Byredo products and brand values
Skills
Experience
One or more years of retail or hospitality experience, ideally in fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods sectors. Experience in luxury retail environments or direct customer engagement is preferred but not mandatory; transferable skills from related sectors will be considered.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; further qualifications in retail, hospitality, or beauty/cosmetics are advantageous but not required.
