Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product consultation and personalized styling advice to clients
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Byredo's fragrance, skincare, and beauty collections
- Execute sales transactions and process payments with efficiency and accuracy
- Build and nurture client relationships through attentive service and follow-up
- Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising standards are upheld
- Contribute to team-based retail operations and shift responsibilities
Qualifications
- Proven retail or luxury service experience
- Demonstrated passion for fragrance, beauty, or cosmetics
- Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
- Ability to engage clients with authenticity and cultural sensitivity

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience, preferably within luxury retail, fragrance, or beauty sectors.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail certification or training is a plus.
