Puig recruits a Channel Leader in Porto Alegre to manage retail field operations, drive beauty sales, and lead store teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Animate stores within assigned territory with emphasis on sales performance and customer engagement; conduct regular store visits and evaluate Beauty Advisor team performance
- Drive additional brand visibility and shelf space expansion within retail locations through competitive positioning and merchandising excellence
- Develop and deliver training programs for Beauty Advisors and store personnel to ensure consistent brand representation and sales capability
- Execute point-of-sale verifications including assessment of regulatory displays, visual merchandising, fitting rooms, and promotional activations
- Support Beauty Advisors and store management with direct sales assistance whenever required to meet store objectives
- Monitor campaign execution and drive engagement with current promotional initiatives; implement animation activities to maximize product sales
- Oversee PLV (point-of-sale marketing materials) management and ensure appropriate use of samples and promotional gifts
- Identify and analyze competitive activities within territory to maintain strategic advantage
- Lead team motivation, performance evaluation support, and recruitment of permanent and temporary personnel
- Provide regular feedback to store supervisors and support performance management processes
- Report performance metrics, campaign results, and action plans to supervisors on specified deadlines
- Support problem resolution across retail network as required
Qualifications
- Completed secondary education (high school diploma); tertiary qualification in progress or completed is highly valued
- Demonstrated experience in retail management, field sales leadership, or beauty/personal care sector
- Proven track record of driving sales targets and managing multi-store retail operations
- Knowledge of perfumery, cosmetics, and color cosmetics categories
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong competency in PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license (Category B) and personal vehicle required
- Availability for regular travel within assigned region
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in retail field management, store operations, or beauty sector sales leadership. Prior experience managing Beauty Advisors or comparable sales teams within selective or general distribution environments is advantageous.
Education
Mandatory: Secondary education (high school diploma). Desirable: University degree or tertiary qualification in progress.
