Puig seeks a Business Intelligence Intern in Brussels for a 6-month internship starting January 2027. Support analytics and reporting in luxury beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the update and follow-up of sell-out databases and dashboards for all retailers, and prepare detailed Benelux sell-out reports
- Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of value market share (VMS) databases across retail partners
- Update and track stock levels by retailer and conduct stock level analysis
- Consolidate Benelux sell-out data in collaboration with the Niche team
- Support the monthly update of P&L analysis by retailer and assist with budget tracking
- Assist with the monthly management and support of trade discounts tracking
- Support launch trackers for new product launches and prepare launch performance analyses for key retailers
- Conduct sell-in and sell-out analysis for promotional sets and assist with weekly order monitoring templates
- Assist in the preparation of sell-out review presentations and present key findings to the team
- Support cycle meetings and prepare ad hoc business presentations as needed
Qualifications
- Business School degree or Master's in Business Administration
- Sensitivity to the luxury, perfume, and cosmetics sectors
- Fluent in French and English (Dutch is an advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Skills
Experience
A first experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role is preferred but not required.
Education
Business School or Master's degree in Business Administration.
