Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnership opportunities across APAC markets
- Develop and execute regional business expansion strategies aligned with global objectives
- Manage and strengthen relationships with wholesale partners and key accounts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development initiatives
- Prepare and present business cases and growth projections to senior leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between sales, merchandising, and regional teams
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs to assess market penetration and opportunity viability
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in business development or strategic partnerships within luxury goods or premium consumer brands
- Proven track record of successful market expansion and partner relationship management
- Strong knowledge of APAC markets, trade routes, and retail landscape
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and at least one additional language
- Strategic thinking with ability to balance short-term revenue generation with long-term market positioning
Skills
Experience
3–8 years of professional experience in business development, wholesale management, or strategic partnerships, preferably within luxury fashion, fragrance, cosmetics, or premium retail sectors. Direct experience in Asia-Pacific markets is highly advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, or related field. MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred.
